Why it pays to have every contract reviewed

TKTomáš Kohút20 May 20263 min read

Most people sign a contract once the deal is decided — and only read it when a problem appears. By then it’s too late.

In a review we focus on what can hurt you: penalties and sanctions, termination terms and notice periods, liability for damage, due dates and payment terms — and on what the contract is missing.

A review for a few dozen euros can prevent a dispute worth thousands. Usually it isn’t a deliberate trap, but unfavourable wording you wouldn’t spot without experience.

Before you sign anything — a commercial contract, a lease or a work contract — send it to us. We’ll tell you in plain terms what you’re signing and where to be careful.
