Can a foreigner buy property in Slovakia?

Yes — EU and most other foreign nationals and companies can acquire Slovak real estate, with limited exceptions (e.g. certain agricultural and forest land). We verify title in the land registry and structure the purchase safely.

How do you protect my money when buying?

We use a notarial or attorney escrow — funds are released to the seller only after your ownership is registered in the Slovak land registry.
