- Negotiation with the other party
- Contracts over 5 standard pages or in a foreign language — individual quote within 1 business day

Within one business day we contact you with the documents we need and start work. If we cannot take the matter on — for example due to a conflict of interest — we refund the payment in full.
If the chosen package does not fit your situation, we tell you right away and refund the payment or credit it towards what you actually need.
