Turn-key LLC formation
Founding documents authorised by an attorney — mandatory form since 17 Aug 2026 —, commercial-register and trade-licence filing. The EUR 220 court fee is paid separately.
The EUR 220 court fee is paid separately at its actual amount — EUR 519 in total for free trades.

What is not included
- Court fee EUR 220 and fees for craft and regulated trades
- Registered office, bookkeeping, VAT registration
Turnaround
Usually 7 – 10 business days; the register court registers the company within 2 business days of a complete application.
